"Amy's Invitation 2"
Inevitably, you have to deal with your sweetheart's birthday. And so it was Amy's, and it was the first birthday since we had started dating. This painting was my gift to her, partly because I thought it would be unique, but mostly because I didn't have much money. The nearly emptied oil tubes I had collected were my only option. But it was a success, and it now resides in our bedroom.
